Rev. Emmanuel Milton and Mrs. Annie Milton are the founders of "SILOAM YOUTH AND CHILDREN'S AID MISSION" in Chennai (Madras), India. Both are graduates from the University of Madras, India. They both had calling for the full time ministry of God and were married in 1976. They are in the Lord's Ministry, since marriage. Rev. Emmanuel Milton is the senior Pastor of the Carmel Christian Church at Chennai. He is also a very good Bible Teacher and a dynamic preacher of the word of God. His wife Annie Mercy Emmanuel is a dynamic prayer warrior and also serves the Lord preaching the word of God and counseling women.

Both are very much interested and involved in Gospel out-reach ministries and humanitarian charitable services helping the poor, deserving, destitute and forsaken children of the society. This will give you a glimpse of their Mission and vision for the Glory of God.

They are blessed with two sons Johnny and Josh who have done their Degrees in the University of Madras. They are well-trained, interested and helpful in the Gospel and Social Services. They are Additional Directors of SYCAM.
